What About Future-Net Attendance Promotion?
Future-Net plans an extensive promotion campaign, including ads, direct mailings, and press releases to editors and analysts, utilizing trade publications. Programs will also be available for exhibitors to mail to customers and prospects, along with discount tickets for admission to both conference sessions as well as exhibits. In addition, Future-Net will mail up to 1000 Preview Programs, at its expense, for each exhibitor, including an exhibitor-supplied cover letter. A defined program of press releases on speakers, subjects and new products/services offered by exhibitors will be implemented as part of the effort to attract truly qualified attendees. Telemarketing to selected attendance prospects is also a part of the campaign.
