What About FutureNet Attendance Promotion?

FutureNet plans an extensive promotion campaign, including ads, direct mailings, and press releases to editors and analysts, utilizing publications such as Broadband Properties, ICD, Lightwave, and Broadband World. Programs will also be available for exhibitors to mail to customers and prospects, along with discount tickets for admission to both conference sessions as well as exhibits. In addition, FutureNet will mail up to 1000 Preview Programs, at its expense, for each exhibitor, including an exhibitor-supplied cover letter. A defined program of press releases on speakers, subjects and new products/services offered by exhibitors will be implemented as part of the effort to attract truly qualified attendees. Telemarketing to selected attendance prospects is also a part of the campaign.

A complete list of attendees is given to each sponsor following the close of the conference.
