Bio
Lubo Tancevski is currently Director in the Alcatel-Lucent Optics Product Group. He is responsible for analyzing and driving evolution of transport networks and technologies, including transport MPLS. Prior to this position, Lubo was Director in Chief Technical Office organization where he lead a team of engineers conducting studies in advanced data networks, including Ethernet and GMPLS. Prior to this position, he established and lead the Alcatel’s Ethernet Competence Center, driving early adoption and developments in carrier-grade Ethernet, including responsibility for all aspects of IEEE 802.1 standardization activities.
